Once the SFTP folder is set up in Shogo and the connection between Stayntouch and Shogo has been established, you will need to set up daily exports for Shogo to import. Please view the sample reports for your daily SFTP export. These are generic reports in StayNTouch. Please ensure that Shogo received the same exact reports with the same file naming convention.

When exporting your file, use the exact same name as your Shogo location name with no dashes, dots, spaces or special characters.
