Credit Card Mapping and Toast Batch Handling

If Toast is netting your CC processing fees on a daily basis, then do not map your credit cards in Shogo. You only need to map "Toast CC Deposit" and "Toast CC Fees". Please see this article for more information. Please note, if you are not based in the US then the Toast CC Batch information may be delayed. This will result in Shogo "holding" your postings for 1-2 days while Shogo waits for Toast to provide the Batch (Fee/Deposit Breakdown) information. Toast Open Check Handling

Please leave "Open Checks" unmapped in Shogo. When Open Checks are left unmapped, Shogo will retry/reload your sales data for several days, giving the operations team a chance to close the open checks on a later date. Shogo will not post until the open checks are closed. Please see this article for more information.
