Update Your Billing Information
To reactivate your Shogo Account and resume normal processing, please ensure your payment information is up to date by clicking on the Update Billing Info button or going to: app.shogo.io >Settings>Billing>Update Card
If you are missing any postings from the deactivation period, please use this ticket form and let us know what dates/locations you would like loaded. Please note that there is a prorated charge for loading and posting history.
Once you enter your payment information, a "Reactivate Account" button will appear which you can click to notify Shogo to review your account and reactivate within 1 business day.
Shogo will begin loading sales data starting on the next/following business day. Please make sure to reactivate any locations that you'd like to post accounting by going to Settings>Accounting and activating each location as needed. Please review your mapping to ensure it is still correct.
